1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment.

  • Prices may vary based on season, number of guests, and length of stay.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or approved booking platforms.


2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance (subject to availability and extra charges).


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are charged the full booking amount.


4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local community.

  • Loud noise, parties, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage to the property or missing items will be charged to the guest.


5. No Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

  • A cleaning fee will be applied if smoke is detected indoors.


6. Pets

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

  • Guests are responsible for pet behavior and cleanliness.


7. Maximum Occupancy

  • The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed during booking.

  • Additional guests may be denied entry or charged extra.
